I use the loseitwrite journal every day. It has been an outstanding tool in helping me identify my eating habits, for better and for worse. WIth this info, I am able to eat more sensible, and am shaping my body the way I have always dreamed of. You cant buy a better journal and I love the daily email reminders to write.

For most of my life, I had never had a weight problem but a few months ago I noticed that I had put on an extra 15 pounds. I didn’t understand why because I had always been very active and I thought that I had been eating the same foods as I always had been. I just thought that I was “getting old” and my metabolism was slowing. It was at this point that I bought LoseItWrite. Once I started writing down everything that I was eating, I noticed that I was eating a lot more than I thought I was, and I was eating a lot of the wrong foods. Three months later, I have lost a total of 12 pounds and have dropped two inches in my waist! The daily reminders have been an important part of motivating me to write every day. It is a habit that I will continue for the rest of my life.
As someone who sits in front of the computer all day, I have to be conscience of what I am eating. What better way than writing it down. Writing down every bite is like a reality check. I instantly realize how quickly calories can add up and become aware of all the good/bad decisions I am making. I can see my progress and it pushes me to do better everyday!
The Journal does the trick! It keeps me honest, and I keep it in the kitchen, and make all sorts of notes as to what I plan to eat, what I actually ate, what works and what doesn’t!

Prior to journaling everything I ate, I thought my daily intake was right on. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I wasn’t even close! I never would have believed it had it not been in my own words. By keeping track of what I’m actually eating, not what I think I’m eating… eight weeks in, I’m seeing true results. Thank you so much!!!
This is one tool that has become essential to not only losing weight but to maintaining it! And the best part is how easy it is. It truly forces you to look at what you are eating, and how it all adds up. Once you are on track, you can’t help but lose weight!

I just wanted to share that today, I have hit my weight loss goal! Looking back, I wish I would have been journaling with loseitwrite a long, long time ago. I have never felt better in my life..Thank you loseitwrite and loseitwrite girl..
LOVE IT!!! We are HUGE advocates of Losing it Write! We have focused on living a reasonably healthy lifestyle, considering we have two young children. This is great!
