Storm eating? Fog eating? What, did I become a weatherman? No. I used to “storm” and “fog” eat all of the time. Storm eating, a.k.a. binge eating is standing in front of the fridge, eating everything in site as fast as possible. Fog eating, a.k.a. numb eating is wondering how a few chips turned into an entire bag or spoonfuls of ice-cream became the quart. What I try to do now is Focused eating. Paying attention to my meals and snacks. Eating with as few distractions as possible so I can accomplish this. It’s taken me years to get this one down. And I’m still a work in progress. How about you?
