Yes! You’ve read This right.  Do you want to lose weight, feel great, and get some guidance along the way?  With me?  And, for free!

What’s the catch?  There is no catch.  Here’s why.  I love my LOSEitWRITE program.  I love creating it, working with my coaching clients, sharing the tools that have helped me lose weight and kept it off, and celebrating their own successes.  But, I don’t like marketing and selling.  Yes, the part that actually pays the bills.  And I am very lucky that I have a full time personal training and food coaching business that does pay the bills.

I decided I had two choices for 2019.  Push myself to do the parts I don’t like which is to get out there and sell, sell, sell.  Or, after listening to one of my mentors Leo Babitica who is the founder of Zen habits, on Rich Roll’s podcast, I had my major aha moment.  Leo shared how he gives away most of his work for free.  And he does it because his mission is to help other people in any way he can.

Wow!  How amazing is that.  He actually uncopywrites his work so other people can share and sell it.  Could I do the same?  

Yes!  Why not?  Why not offer my program to anyone that finds this blog post?  For free!  For the year!  For 2019!  I want to help as many people as I can have a better relationship with food and get healthier by losing weight.  Nothing would make me happier.

Will LOSEitWRITE work for you?  It will if you are ready to take action.  As you know, this weight loss thing is one of the most challenging things to do.  It’s even harder than marketing!  And you know why.  There is not a one fit solution for everyone.  There is no magic diet, combination of foods, pill that works.  Believe me I wish there was.  

What works?  Changing habits.  Showing up every day and becoming aware of your eating habits.  Figuring out what works for you and what doesn’t.  Realizing that healthy eating is a way of life, not a one to three month strict plan.

I am a self help junkie.  I am forever grateful to the brilliant mentors Brooke Castillo, Leo Babauta, Tim Ferris, James Clear, Jack Canfield, and many many more whose work has changed my life and shaped my LOSEitWRITE program.  Notice how none of these people have created diet plans.  They are all responsible for changing how we think.  And that is the secret to lasting weight loss.  Believing you will achieve it.  Showing up to do the work again and again.  Realizing you are never going to find a perfect plan, but a realistic way of eating that will help you meet your realistic weight loss goals.

  5. You will not get a LOSEitWRITE journal, but you will print out the pages.  After doing the 10 Steps you can use a notebook or app if you prefer.
